The Communists-21 Programme for Socialism
The development of capitalism in the 21st century has brought further wars over wealth and power; the imbalance between the rich and the poor continues to grow; more and more people are surviving on antidepressants; and weapons of mass destruction are becoming more sophisticated and widespread, which could lead to further terrible wars in which civilization might perish.
Therefore, the goal of the Program for Socialism is to eliminate the greatest shortcomings and crimes of Homo sapiens’ capitalist civilization on this planet and to ensure its continued humane and safe development. The Program aims to transform the capitalist system of economic, political, and social relations and replace it with socialism for the 21st century:
1.) To ensure that the advanced civilization of Homo sa- piens is not destroyed.
2.) To eliminate wars as a legitimate product of capitalism.
3.) To ensure lasting peace on the planet, as a legitimate product of socialism.
4.) To abolish the rule of the Segregated Chosen Hamburger.
5.) To eliminate the vast property and income inequality.
6.) To eliminate the physical and mental colonization of Homo sapiens.
7.) To ensure the equitable development of peoples and countries on the planet.
8.) To ensure the building and upholding of the moral values of Homo sapiens on the planet.
9.) To ensure adherence to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948, Res. 217 A (III).
10.) To address the question: What should be the goal of civilization in the future?
11.) To save the facts about the communist miracle of so- cialism 20st century, as the cultural heritage of Homo sapiens.
The Communists-21 Programme for Socialism: the basics in a nutshell
1.) 21st century capitalism will be replaced by 21st century socialism.
2.) The entire planet will be governed by a global Central Government. National governments will be subordinate to the Central Government.
3.) The Central Government will ensure that global economic, political, and social rights are equal for every inhabitant of the planet.
4.) The right to a dignified life is enforced and other citizens’ rights are secured, many of which are already declared in the UN General Declaration of Human Rights of 1948.
5.) Capitalist free democratic elections will be abolished and every candidate for deputy or government post must pass all necessary state exams.
6.) All currencies and all fictitious property will be abolished, and a new uniform currency will be introduced across the planet. Central Government will control all financial institution and financial transactions.
7.) All public and private institutions and every inhabitant of the planet will have to document all movable and immovable property. All property without an owner will be nationalized.
8.) Private financial and insurance institutions and advertising companies will be abolished and the state will own and manage these institutions. Unemployment and homelessness etc. will be abolished.
9.) Separation of religion and state. State institutions will not support or promote any religion. Any religion will be treated as a private company. Religious education up to the age of 21 years of a citizen’s life will be abolished.
10.) Everyone must be able to declare the legal financial resources from which they live.
11.) Central planning and central laws will be introduced to guarantee: equal social rights, equal pay for equal work, equal minimum wage, equal minimum rules for retirement and pension, maternity leave, etc... for all inhabitants of the planet.
12.) All land, water resources, mineral resources, strategic enterprises, financial institutions, etc. ... are nationalized for compensation not exceeding the total aggregate private property per person (see point 15).
13.) The development and production of the armaments industry and the main mass media shall not be in private hands, but in the hands of Central Government. The private media will not be financed by advertisements, but by fees in the same way as the state media.
14.) Individual states will not have an army. The army and other forces will be under the control of the Central Government They will consist of an international command and international soldiers, whose task will be to ensure peace, tranquility and environmental development on the planet. This army will be responsible for the implementation of all resolutions of the Central Government.
15.) The maximum amount of aggregate private wealth per person will be either 20 000 times the minimum monthly wage, or 40 000 times the minimum monthly pension, or 20 000 times the median net monthly income found for the poorest person on the planet (the numbers are negotiable). The maximum amount of aggregate private assets will be derived from one of these parameters, taking the parameter from which the lowest aggregate private assets per person are taken.
16.) A person is a person older than 18 years of age. Any property higher than the aggregate private property per person will be nationalized.
17.) The maximum amount of the private company’s assets will be the aggregate private assets per persons as set out in paragraph 15. The maximum amount of the aggregate of a person’s personal private property and his or her assets in the company will be as set out in paragraph 15.
18.) Any debts of private individuals over 1000 times (the number is negotiable) the median of net monthly income per capita will be canceled.
19.) Central and local government officials will explain why all these drastic actions against personal property and privacy are necessary to ensure the humane development of Homo sapiens civilization.
